Plastic Honeycomb Sheet

Our factory produces Plastic Honeycomb Sheet using polypropylene (PP) as the raw material. These panels are manufactured via an extrusion molding process to create a honeycomb-structured sandwich material, composed of two outer face sheets bonded to an internal honeycomb core—a design named for the cross-sectional resemblance to a beehive.

The manufacturing process employed by Juntai Packaging involves thermal compression bonding; this method ensures a glue-free, non-delaminating structure, resulting in a lightweight, eco-friendly, and innovative new type of panel that serves as an ideal substitute for traditional materials such as wood, metal, MDF, and fiberglass.

Made from food-grade PP raw materials; free of formaldehyde and odors.

Can be cut, drilled, bent, thermoformed, and welded; can be secured using screws, rivets, adhesives, or thermal bonding; surface finishes available include: glossy, matte, anti-slip, textured, printed, painted, UV-resistant, and fire-retardant.
